EGEL hosted a seven-member Turkish Academic Delegation, April 18 – 19. The delegates from Istanbul University, Bogazici University and Middle East Technical University viewed KAUST research facilities and met with EGEL team members and ANPERC faculty. Our group presented their latest results in the ANPERC lab tour and enjoyed learning about the variety of geotechnical engineering research in Turkey during the seminar presentations. We are thankful to Ilknur, Kubilay, Nejan, Feyza, Ozer, Sadik and Kartal for their time, effort, and wonderful attitudes. We are looking forward to future collaborations.
