The Fall Retreat on August 19 at KAUST gave the entire team a chance to think beyond geotechnical engineering and reflect on the critical problems that face the world today through a series of activities that challenged us to dream, think and act. The retreat also further strengthened our bonds as researchers, colleagues, and friends.
